Smartinterview offers four plans billed in CHF on a monthly subscription. Each plan gives your company a set number of tokens per month and a maximum number of team members. You choose a plan during signup and can upgrade at any time from within the dashboard.
Token top-ups are available on every plan. If your team runs out of tokens mid-month, you can purchase additional tokens without changing your plan. See Understanding and managing your token balance.

Trial tokens expire at the end of the 14-day period. Upgrade to a paid plan before your trial ends to keep your projects and data.

Upgrading your plan

You can upgrade at any time from inside the dashboard. Your new plan takes effect immediately and your billing cycle resets to the upgrade date.

Open the upgrade dialog

In the dashboard header, click the Upgrade button (arrow icon). The plan comparison dialog opens, showing Essential, Start, and Elite side by side.

Select a plan

Click Choose Plan under the plan you want. If you are already on a plan, it is marked Current Plan and cannot be selected.

Complete checkout

You are redirected to a secure checkout page. Enter your payment details to confirm. Once payment is processed, your new token allocation and user limit are active immediately.

Billing details

  • Currency: All plans are billed in CHF (Swiss francs). Prices display in USD or EUR depending on your locale, but the base currency is CHF.
  • Billing cycle: Monthly subscription. Your card is charged on the same date each month.
  • Payment: Subscriptions are processed securely. You can update your payment method or view invoices through the billing portal.

Downgrading or cancelling

To downgrade to a lower plan or cancel your subscription, contact support@smartinterview.ch. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellations stop future charges; access continues until the period ends.
Cancelling your plan does not delete your projects or data, but your token balance will no longer be replenished. Features that require tokens will become unavailable once your balance reaches zero.
